STEP 1: Schedule Your FREE Goal-Setting Session
(15 minutes – in person or by phone)
We’ll get to know you, your goals, and your challenges. This isn’t a sales pitch—this is about
making sure The 3B Method is the right fit to help you feel your best and achieve lasting results.
STEP 2: Your Roadmap to Health & Happiness
We’ll create a personalized training and nutrition plan that works for your life. You choose the
level of training support (semi-private or one-on-one) and nutrition coaching that fits your goals
and schedule.
STEP 3: Start Training with the 3B App by Your Side
You’ll get access to expert-led training sessions—either in small groups or one-on-one—and full
access to our exclusive 3B app. Use it to track your workouts, monitor your nutrition, and stay
motivated between sessions.
STEP 4: Stay Consistent with Built-In Accountability
You choose your check-in frequency: monthly or bi-weekly. Your coach will be there to track
your progress, adjust your plan, and make sure you stay on the path to feeling strong, confident,
and in control.
