Meet Jon and Ash
We’re Jon and Ash, a husband and wife team with decades of experience in fitness, coaching, and helping people live their healthiest lives. Now in our 40s, we understand firsthand what it means to train for longevity. We’ve lived it ourselves, and we’re passionate about helping others do the same, moving well, feeling strong, and thriving for the long haul. With a background in performance training, personal coaching, and community-driven fitness, we created the 3B Method as a sustainable approach to real, lasting results. Our purpose is to help you live life to the fullest by optimizing your health and fitness. Health isn’t just about workouts it’s about living better, longer, and happier. That’s why we built 3B Method.
