BUILD
Coach-led strength class designed to help you build lean muscle, increase strength, improve movement quality, and create long-term results without burnout. Classes begin with a guided warm-up and movement prep, followed by detailed instruction and high-touch coaching throughout the session.
About 70% of the class is focused on intentional strength training and accessory work using progressive programming to help you get stronger, move better, and prevent injury. Each class finishes with a short conditioning piece designed to improve fitness, athleticism, and endurance without excessive volume. Expect expert coaching, a motivating atmosphere, and a smart training approach that delivers sustainable results.
BURN
High-energy, results-driven conditioning designed to help you burn fat, build stamina, and improve overall fitness. BURN classes are built around approximately 70% cardio and conditioning, using intervals, functional movements, and cardio machines to maximize calorie burn and endurance, followed by a short strength accessory finisher to build muscle, durability, and balance.
Expect coach-led warm-ups, motivating music, expert instruction, and fast-paced workouts that keep you moving with purpose. Every class is designed to challenge all fitness levels with options and modifications available, while delivering the accountability, energy, and community that make training both effective and sustainable.
